Graduate Student Opportunities
We currently have positions available for NSERC or OGS funded graduate (MASc or PhD) students, as well as some upcoming funded positions available for domestic or international students. How to Apply: | |
Send an email to Prof. Greenspan (michael [dot] greenspan [at] queensu [dot] ca) with the following information:- your current academic status, i.e. current degree, university, and GPA;- a copy of your most recent academic transcript (unofficial, electronic is OK);- if you are applying from outside of the country, your TOEFL or IELTS scores;- a statement indicating whether or not you currently meet the requirements for admissions into ECE, as described here;- a brief statement of your interests. Please note that, due to a high volume of applicants, Prof. Greenspan is not currently replying to each email applicant.Rest assured that he will read through your information carefully, and he will get in touch if he has a position that meets your qualifications. Undergraduate Student Opportunities
We currently have some available positions for undergraduate student research assistants. As a research assistant, you will become involved in the research environment, working directly with Prof. Greenspan and the RCVLab graduate students. Typically, these positions start either on a volunteer basis, or with an NSERC USRA or project funding, and they can eventually lead to a graduate degree.
To apply to become an undergraduate research assistant in the RCVLab, send Prof. Greenspan an email (michael [dot] greenspan [at] queensu [dot] ca) with the following information:
– your current academic status, i.e. current degree, university, and GPA; |
– a copy of your most recent academic transcript (unofficial, electronic is OK); |
– your availability; |
– any external funding that you are applying for (e.g. NERC USRA); |
– a brief statement of your interests. |
